About Event

ONLY for CTOs (and VPE's/Heads of Engineering) running orgs of ~85+ engineers.

CTOs at Scale is an invite only community for CTOs/VPEs running larger orgs. It is a Gather.dev community, curated by Peter Bell.

Join us on Tuesday May 19th at 8:00am in Manhattan for a breakfast discussion on building trust in AI-generated code at enterprise scale.

Last month we talked about building a software factory. This month we're asking: how do you trust the code that it produces?

At enterprise scale, this is a governance challenge. Hundreds of engineers using agents could produce tens of thousands of lines of code per day that no individual human fully reviewed. Verification has to cover functionality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability across the entire org, not just the best team.

This month we'll dig into testing strategies, automated validation, and the trust frameworks that let you run your factory at full speed without compromising the quality bar your organization depends on.

Schedule:
8:00am Breakfast
8:30am Facilitated boardroom discussion
9:30am End of formal discussion
10:00am End of event

We're grateful to our partners at Engineer Access for supporting this conversation.
