Funded CTOs (NYC): Security in the age of Mythos
ONLY for CTOs (and VPEs / Heads of Engineering) of venture-backed startups that have raised $1m+
Funded CTOs is an invite only Gather.dev community, curated by Peter Bell.
Join our community of ($1m+ funded) Startup CTOs on June 16th at 6pm in NYC for an evening on what security has to become when humans can no longer patch quickly enough to keep up.
Security in the age of Mythos
We have crossed into a strange era. Agentic factories ship code at a rate that the traditional security cycle (find, ticket, schedule, fix, deploy) was never designed for. Vulnerabilities surface faster. Dependencies churn faster. The attack surface expands every time an agent opens a PR.
In this session we’ll discuss what security has to become when the factory and the threat landscape move faster than any human team can keep up with. How do you fold verification, dependency triage, vulnerability scanning, and remediation into the same loop the agents are running in? How do you shift from “humans patch” to “the factory patches itself”? Where is a human still important, and where are people a bottleneck you cannot afford?
Whether you are running a few agents in interactive mode or already have a dark factory you want to tune, this session will give you a framework for thinking about security in an agentic SDLC.
Food and drink will be provided.
