CTOs at Scale Forum (NYC): Beyond adoption: What’s next for agentic engineering?

CTOs at Scale is an invite-only Gather.dev community curated by Peter Bell. ONLY for SVP's/CTOs running engineering organizations of 150 or more.

We’re grateful to Equal Experts and WorkOS for supporting this conversation.

Congratulations. Almost all of your engineers use Claude Code on a weekly basis. Now what? We’re going to take some time to share what’s working and what we still need to figure out.

If you’d like to hear how other engineering leaders are dealing with token budgets, security and governance, accelerating verification and moving from skills to software factories, come join us!

This is a hands-on forum where CTOs running the largest orgs benchmark what good looks like and work together on what's actually working. You can count on around 20 peers running orgs at your scale, structured discussion over presentation, and real benchmarks you can take back to your team.
