​This isn’t another Zoom call that could’ve been an email. It’s a hands-on, community-powered planning session designed to leave you with real ideas, a clear direction, and a whole lot of momentum for Black History Month.

​Whether you’re leading solo or coming with your full ERG crew, this 90-minute session is built to support you where you are — with a little help from our new tool designed to make programming easier (and free for ERG leaders 👀).

• ​Breakout Planning Lab (30 mins): Bring your full team for your own custom breakout, or co-plan in the main room with others across companies.

• ​Lightning Share-Outs (15 mins): Quick highlights from each group — because hearing what others are doing sparks even more ideas.
