Netca Series #6 - /Hardware Prompting
From Prompt to Prototype
AI is starting to get better at dealing with hardware problems. However, hardware can be still stubborn. Wires come loose, sensors drift, and the datasheet never quite matches the part on your bench. So how much can AI actually help when the problem is physical?
About this session
We'll open with a short demo from our session hosts on what's possible with AI in a hardware build. Then it's your turn. Bring a laptop and something you've been meaning to try, or pick it up on the night. We'll use AI tools to write firmware, read sensors, debug boards, and see where they hold up and where they fall apart. Session hosts will move between tables to help you get unstuck.
You don't need to finish anything. The goal is to experiment, compare notes, and leave knowing what's worth using on your next build.
About the session hosts
Jaskirat Singh is Co-founder and CEO of Humonos, working at the intersection of human performance, neuroscience, and AI.

About the Netca Series
A recurring program for hardware builders in Vancouver who are ready to move past the one-off part. Past and upcoming sessions cover PCB design, metrology, firmware, prototyping, and design for manufacturing.
About Netca
Netca is a co-manufacturing community building a network of hardware builders across the Lower Mainland. We have access to machinery, tools, and machinists. Everything you need to go from idea to physical prototype under one roof.
