Held by Clay (Pottery Workshop)
In this hands-on clay session, we’ll work with terracotta, a type of clay formed near ancient riverbeds, shaped slowly over time by the gentle flow of water. As we mould and form this earth with our hands, we reconnect with the quiet rhythms of the rivers that nourish the Western Ghats. This workshop invites you to experience the grounding presence of clay, not just as material, but as a storyteller of riverine landscapes.
Techniques: Hand-building | Pinch Pottery and Coiling
We make it a ritual and take home nothing but the experience and a newfound connection with the earth.
