​Who can attend Deal Day?

​Deal Day is investor-only and reserved for institutional investors, family offices, corporate venture teams, and select partners within the Climate Scale-Up network. We maintain a curated room to ensure high-value conversations and aligned deal flow.

​Is a ticket required to attend?

​Yes. A valid ticket is mandatory.
Due to extremely high demand and limited seating, all tickets will be checked at the front gate. We cannot accommodate walk-ins or unregistered guests.

​Why is attendance limited?

​We cap participation to ensure founders and investors can have meaningful, high-trust, high-impact conversations. This is a session designed for serious dealmaking.

​Will food or refreshments be provided?

​Yes — light snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the event. Additional meals, drinks, or food items can be purchased directly from the venue.

​What happens after Deal Day?

​Deal Day will be immediately followed by networking at the lounge, where investors, partners, and founders can continue conversations in a more relaxed setting.

​Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

​Tickets may be transferred only with prior approval. All attendees must meet the investor-only criteria.

​Will materials or company decks be shared?

​Registered attendees will receive a Deal Day Packet with participating company profiles. Full data rooms can be requested directly from each founder.
