About Event

Ready to get mind-blowned by Hylé?

Come and join us on February 27th, from 6 PM to 8 PM at EPFL, BC229, for our first workshop.

Two of our very own Hylé developers, Bertrand & Max, will be presenting online and answering any questions!

🔥 What’s on the agenda?

Setting the stage: Blockchains today

  • The key challenges blockchains face today

  • Why on-chain execution doesn’t scale

  • How ZK proofs can help solve some of these issues

Understanding Hylé: Who we are & what we do

  • Execution off-chain, state commitment on-chain

  • Asynchronous state updates in smart contracts

  • Pipelined proving & its implications

Getting hands-on

  • Setting up your environment to start building

  • Walking through a real example we've already built

  • Step-by-step breakdown of how it works in practice

And of course, we’ll wrap it up with a pizza gathering sponsored by Hylé, because coding is better with good food and great company! 🍕

See you there! 👀

Hylé is the next-generation base layer for unchained applications.

For all the tech we have, meaningful apps still cannot be built onchain. Blockchains are limited to the data stored on them, and everything else requires complex bridging. We are drowning in terrible UX and slow finality. Scaling solutions like rollups only increase fragmentation.

With zero-knowledge proofs of digital signatures, we can use real-world data for onchain interactions. This opens many new opportunities for blockchain adoption, starting with effortless authentication without clunky wallets.

Bridging the opportunity gap requires a complete reimagination of blockchain. Hylé does this, and we are the only ones doing it. Hylé is unlocking a whole new world for a new category of applications: unchained apps.
