Agentic NYC: Build-Then-Dine

​Join founders and builders to ship (not just discuss) an agent that takes real-world action: personalized, throttled, cost-aware, and observable. In 80 focused minutes, you’ll scaffold a minimal agent loop. We’ll demo guardrails (confidence, cooldowns), cost tracking, and observability. Then we test it: your agent’s first job is pairing you into a curated supper table nearby.

• ​6:00–6:20 — Lightning Talk: From Prompts → Programs (agent loops, triggers, guardrails, cost/telemetry)

• ​6:20–7:40 — Guided Build: clone repo, set keys, run vector memory, add delivery adapter, ship

• ​7:40–8:00 — Show & Tell (5 quick demos)

• ​8:00–9:00 — (Optional) AI-Paired Supper Club within walking distance
