🎉 SystemsHacks turns 10 this year!
To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’re hosting our first-ever 24-hour hackathon! This free, beginner-friendly event is organized by the Software Systems Student Society and is open to university students of all experience levels.
SystemsHacks brings together students from across SFU for a full weekend of collaboration, learning, and creativity. Whether this is your first hackathon or you’re coming back for another year, you’ll have the chance to build something cool, learn along the way, and meet new people.
You can come solo or with friends! Teams of 2–4 will be formed during a team-formation activity after the opening ceremony, but you’re also welcome to arrive with a team in mind.
Throughout the weekend, participants can expect workshops, mentorship, mini-events, free food, and prizes.
