The company grew to 20M+ users and a $10M+ revenue run rate. Jay and the team then turned the growth systems developed inside Final Round into Hellyeah AI, an AI marketing agent for planning, launching, and improving paid campaigns. Fun fact: Jay also performs as J/TEK, an SF-based DJ and producer who has been making music since age 16.

He's a data-driven growth leader by training, and has previously worked at Grammarly and Point Digital Finance, with earlier experience at Merkle, and Capital One.
