Free To Be Me: The Temple of Inner Rhythm
Dear Warrior Woman,
What if there was nothing you needed to fix in yourself, but rather something waiting to be heard?
Not a body to manage.
But a form of intelligence to listen to.
A circle for body, breath and inner freedom
For women who feel drawn to explore:
• nervous system attunement practices that feel safe, slow and sustainable
• gently leaving survival mode and moving into a deeper sense of presence
• listening to the subtle cues your body has been whispering
• breath as a bridge back to yourself
• expanding your capacity to feel without overwhelm
Free To Be Me is a unique integration of yoga teacher training, bodywork, circle facilitation, and migraine-specific research, layered with lived experience of chronic pain and invisible illness.
On Friday 17th April, we gently explore a relationship with safety that comes from within, not outside of you.
The nervous system is your body's internal communication network.
It is the foundation of how you feel, respond and relate.
Together, with curiosity and care, we create a space for embodiment, reflection, and balance.
What to expect
In this circle, we will:
• gently move seated
• breathe
• meditate
• and listen to the body
You will be held in a grounded, supportive space, surrounded by women who understand.
No experience is needed.
Only your presence.
Together, we will be able to:
• soften the external noise
• tune into our inner knowing
• meet our body where it is
• listen to its cues and signals
• begin a journey of freedom from within
You may feel drawn to this space if…
• your body has been asking you to slow down but you're not sure how
• you're holding a lot and need a space where you don't have to hold it all alone
• rest feels uncomfortable, unfamiliar or hard to access
you notice cycles of overwhelm and shutdown and want a different experience
• you want to explore your nervous system in a way that feels supportive, not clinical

It might feel like a full-body yes.
Or just the smallest pull of curiosity.
Both are enough.
A gentle note on safety
This is space where you are always invited to go at your own pace.
There is no pressure to share, perform, or "get it right".
Your experience is valid exactly as it is. Always.
What you will need
• a space for you for 90 minutes
• blankets, pillows or cushions
• water or warm drink
• optional: a crystal or a plant nearby
