Vision Lab: Founder Check-Ins (LA)
Vision Lab is the weekly in-person decision checkpoint for Run Tech Club Members. It is the core operating cadence of the RTC system.
Attendance is expected. This is where momentum compounds.
Founders come to Vision Lab to review last week’s work, make decisions, and commit to the next experiment — alongside their founder advisory, peers, and operators.
What Happens in Vision Lab
Founders use Vision Lab to:
review experiments run since the last lab
pressure-test current hypotheses
design and lock the next experiment
align on near-term roadmap decisions
receive direct feedback from founders, operators, and venture advisors
If you’re building in RTC, this is where you check in.
System Structure (TLC):
Each Lab opens with a structured check-in loop:
Test — what you actually ran
Learn — what worked, what didn’t, what changed
Call to Action — the next experiment you commit to
Agenda
10:00–11:30 — Progress Check-In
Review last experiment, outcomes, and learnings.
After check-ins: 1:1 office hours / feedback + workspace access will commence after check-ins. Lunch will occasionally be provided. This is when you design and refine the next experiment live. Leave with a clear execution plan, or fine-tune your roadmap.
Why In Person
Vision Lab is intentionally in person.
This is where humans come together to challenge assumptions, sharpen judgment, and think clearly — not just ship code or log data.
(Virtual links are provided when needed, but in-person attendance is strongly encouraged.)
If you’re unsure what to work on, come.
If you’re stuck, come.
If things are going well, come share your wins.
New or Visiting Founders
Vision Lab is the core execution forum of the RTC members accelerator. If you’re interested in joining, complete the intake to get access to Founder OS and the full system.
