โIn times of uncertainty, staying grounded and connected matters more than ever. Join our wellness yoga evening designed to support mental clarity, reduce stress, and restore balance through breath, gentle movement, music, and meaningful conversation.
โYouโll be invited into a deeply grounding Yin Yoga flow, designed to gently open and balance the body and mind through stillness and deep tissue stretch. The class includes 40 minutes of Yin poses, followed by 20 minutes of yogic relaxation and meditation, immersing you in healing vibrations and frequencies to regulate your nervous system.
โSuitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners, this is not just an event - itโs a space to pause, recharge, reconnect, and be fully present.

Strict door policy: Doors will close at 6:20 PM, and late arrivals will not be admitted.
