Each team gets 3 minutes to pitch and 5 minutes for Q&A from the judges.

Standard participation provides access to select SPV opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis.

Participants invest without a membership commitment and are allocated after member participation is finalized.

• SPV fee: 10% one-time
• Minimum participation: $25k per SPV
