Day Out at Epping Forest
A thoughtfully curated, slow and shared forest bathing experience at Epping Forest
Who is this for?
This experience is for people who are willing to take a pause, who are craving a deeper connection, meaning and purpose in life. People who want to make genuine human connections beyond screens and networking platforms.
What to expect?
A day-long excursion to Epping Forest and back with an intimate group of 10 including your host - Prachi. The group will meet Finsbury Circus Garden at 10:30 am, there will be introductions and context setting in the park, after which we will take the Weaver line train to Chigford from Liverpool Street Station.
Prachi will guide you throughout the day with facilitated conversations, games and activities. The key highlights include a train talk game, sensory forest bath immersion, a creativity exercise, guided journalling and a talking circle on 'What does Happiness mean to me?'
You can also expect some gentle movement exercises and forest walk which are suitable for all fitness level. You are encouraged to fully immerse in the experience, by keeping your mobile and device usage to a minimum.
Be curious and open to a bit of social experimentation. Don’t worry you will not be forced to do anything you are not comfortable with.
The group will be back to Liverpool Street Station via the same route by 4:30 pm.

How much does it cost?
There is no fixed ticket, the experience is offered on a 'pay what you can' basis with a recommended contribution between £15 to £30. This can be paid on the day via bank transfer.
