Sustainability Creatives Office Hours

Sustainability Creatives Office Hours are for all creatives looking to use their talents to fight climate change, held every Wednesday at 2PM CT. Each month we tackle a new theme relevant to job seekers. This month our theme is: How to Nail your Job Interviews as a Sustainability Creative.

These sessions are run by Sustainability Creatives founder and CEO, Leah Mosier. Leah has an M.S. in Energy Engineering and Design Thinking from Stanford University and has worked on the hiring teams for some of the biggest climate tech companies and non profits in the US.

In these sessions we’ll be breaking down some the fundamentals components of a good interview:

  • Connecting with the interviewer in an authentic way

  • Balancing power dynamics

  • Responding to difficult interview questions

  • Creating your personal pitch

  • Communicating transferrable skills

Want even more practice?
Join our 4-week Job Interviewing Program

Job interviewing is a muscle you have to build and in this hands-on program, we’re going to help you train that muscle. You will learn to tackle the fundamental elements of job interviewing, get tons of practice and feedback, and leave with the confidence to face any interview question.

Week 1: Pause, Heart, Mind, Ask interview framework.

Week 2: Storytelling through commonly asked interview questions

Week 3: Clearly communicating your value and transferable skills.

Week 4: The psychology of interviewing and balancing power dynamics.

This is a live virtual program March 23 - April 13 2026. Students attend 2-hour class sessions twice a week with their cohort. Meeting days are tentatively Mondays and Thursdays from 12-2PM (subject to student availability). Each cohort has ~30 students and 2 full-time instructors that are dedicated to coaching and guiding students: Leah Mosier and Lila Roginski.

If you want to get an idea for what this program would be like, read the syllabus, or schedule a call with program facilitator Lila Roginski.
