Job descriptions rarely come true, most roles are glorified on social media, and for someone who is confused, "follow your passion" is terrible advice.
We're fixing that.
What this is
We're PensionBox. This is our first career lab where you don't just hear about jobs, you try them.
For 4 hours, work alongside our founder and team leads from 5 different roles:
Sales and Growth
Account Manager
Design
Marketing
Product Manager
Solve real tasks. Ask uncomfortable questions. Figure out what you actually want (or what you definitely don't want)
What happens
You walk in. No networking. No pitching.
Write one sentence: "I think I want to work in ___ because ___." Keep this card.
First, match your traits to potential roles
You will meet 5 division leads. They'll show you what their days actually look like and give you real tasks to solve.
At the end, pull out that card from the beginning. Has your answer changed?
Pass around your resume, meet like minded people, and who knows, you may get an interview at PensionBox by the end of it.
The Rules
No pitching yourself for the first 90 minutes.
No LinkedIn scanning until the end.
Bring your resume if you want feedback.
