About Event
A long table by the sea, 30 strangers and seven plates.
Every time a new plate arrives, everyone moves one chair and meets someone new. Each pair gets a card with a climate question to talk through. The menu is a seasonal seven-plate tasting menu, all plant-based except one, with a vegan option for every plate. Each plate tells a story: its season, its water, its grower, or the root and leaf that usually gets thrown away.
Come as a stranger, leave as a friend.
