Have you ever wanted to experience the feeling of your favourite dark romance character ? A super confident person emobodying their darkest desires.

A beggininer friendly and women’s-only experience that explores sensual, playful movement. You’ll be guided through cheeky and empowering movement that invites your confidence, seduction, and feminine energy to come alive. This class isn’t about performing for anyone else — it’s about expressing yourself and enjoying the art of sensual movement.

Your instructor: Shelby Avann

Shelby is a Women’s Empowerment and Intimacy Coach. She helps women build back their trust in themselves and reclaim their sensual power. A pole dancer since 2014 and experienced teacher, Shelby uses dance as a powerful tool for confidence, emotional expression, and embodied sensuality. Drawing on her background in movement, sensual expression, and the exploration of power and desire, Shelby creates spaces where women can move boldly, tap into their erotic energy, and dance like the main character in their own dark romance.

What To Expect

-Intention talk

-Meditation to drop into the body and into the feelings that are most present at the moment

-Slow sensual movement that starts on the floor for stretching and warm up

-As we move to standing I will teach the ladies various hip tilts and movments, walks, body rolls, hair whips, sensual touch on the body, letting breath be the guide for their movement, etc

-To fininsh off we will slow down our movements back into gentle, sensual stretch, breath and gratitude.

Total time 2-2.5 hours

What to Bring

-An outfit that makes you feel sexy and you can dance in. Wear layers as you may be cool to start.

-Yoga mat (we have some at the space but we may not have enough for everyone. If you are able to bring your own, then please do)

-Water bottle ! And maybe a gatorade as well.

-Socks (trust me it will make some of the dance moves a lot easier if you can slide your feet around)

-Knee pads (these are not required but if you have them and want to bring them just in case, then do it)
