Intro to AI: Claude in a Day, Your First Real Win

​Most Alaska business owners haven't started with AI, or started and stopped. This is the class to start again: one tool, 90 minutes, and you leave with something you'll use tomorrow.

​Who it's for: Owners of trades and service businesses with 1–25 people, and solo practice owners. No AI experience needed.

​What we'll do, live, together:

• ​Walk through Claude's privacy settings so you know where your information goes and what to never paste in

• ​Build your one-page Brand Brain: who you serve, what you do, how you sound

• ​Do five real jobs: reply to a customer inquiry, follow up on a quiet estimate, turn a finished job into a review request, summarize a vendor contract, plan your week

• ​Ask Claude "Who's the best [your trade] in [your town]?" and see who it recommends, and why

​What you'll leave with: Your Brand Brain one-pager and a printable card of the five prompts.

​What you need: A free Claude account (claude.ai). If you don't have one, we'll set it up together in the first five minutes. A laptop or desktop works better than a phone.
