Open Tones Sound Meditation & Healing Journey
Open Tones
Open Tones is an invitation into non-ordinary reality. Guided meditation, breathwork, ceremonial cleansing herbs, and fully improvised musical performance lead participants through an immersive experience of the present. An opportunity to sink deeper into states of reflective awareness. The sonic journey offers textural tones to balance the upper chakras with instruments of wind, voice, gongs, and singing bowls, while rooting and grounding the journey in trance-state rhythm, drums, and percussion. Expect to leave this session with inner attunement, with a fuller understanding of what it means to be open to all that we are, and all that we can be.
Guided By: David Nuss, Maximilian Lauter, Sam Haddix, Briana Weiner, Paige Lawson, and Sarah Martin-Nuss

Come Early to Elevate Your Experience with Adaptogenic Foods and Teas
Reforesters Laboratory is an experimental adaptogenic cafe and sound clinic located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We utilize music – including spatial, sub-bass-centered, and organic instrumentation – along with breathwork, meditation, art, plant care and adaptogenic, nutritional foods + beverages to cultivate kindness—both physical and spiritual. We aim to create an environment that offers peace, space, and clarity, helping people understand the connections between themselves, their communities, and the world around them. To that end, we offer "pay what you can" ticket options on all events and classes.
