​Join us on Friday 23rd October 2026, from 12pm to 4pm (celebration until 6pm) at Barking Learning Centre, for a special celebration of Kweyol Heritage Month, bringing health, culture and community together.

​Kwéyòl heritage is a living tradition shaped by African, French, Indigenous, Caribbean and Indian Ocean influences. It reflects the languages, customs, stories and shared experiences that connect communities across generations and across the world.

​This special edition of The African & Caribbean Health Show celebrates these connections while creating opportunities to prioritise our health and wellbeing. Come along to speak with healthcare professionals, receive a health check, discover local services and small businesses, enjoy food and refreshments, and take part in wellbeing activities.
