Uncertain Times, Grounded Self: Self-leadership from activation to integration
Uncertain Times, Grounded Self is a 2-hour evening session that connects two things that rarely meet in professional settings:
calming the nervous system through breathwork,
an building a genuine understanding of how this connects to self-leadership.
Participants leave with their nervous system calmer, clearer insight into their own patterns, and one concrete action for the week ahead.
What participants receive:
• Guided breathwork session with a certified facilitator
• Two experiential inputs grounded in neuroscience and self-leadership research
• Facilitated peer dialogue in a small, confidential group (max. 10)
• Sound bath for somatic integration
• Personal reflection and micro-commitment card to take home
• Evening snack and tea on arrival

Session Objectives: 1. Understand what uncertainty does to the nervous system — not just intellectually, but as a felt experience 2. Recognise personal patterns of reactivity and how they show up at work 3. Build a practical toolkit for self-regulation and grounded decision-making 4. Translate self-leadership into language relevant for leading others 5. Leave with one concrete micro-commitment to implement this week
Target Group: Professionals working in any field who navigate change as part of their daily reality:
anyone who carries responsibility for others while quietly managing their own uncertainty. The session speaks to those going through active change, those feeling the background hum of a restless world, and those who have been pushing through without pausing to process.
