Funcilitation Clowncil: The Casting

​We're a bunch of professional amateurs, privileged, mostly improv theatre based, and up for expanding - orphaned clowns welcome.

​If you're a similar kind of crazy, we want you in so we can feel normal. Improvisers and Clowns Anonymous. I hope not!

​At any rate, we gather weekly, gossiping about this hellish paradise of ours to then jointly cook up existential pranks, kind of the opposite to SSRIs, poking acupuncture needles into the social fabric of the conventional madness of separation, isolation and mutual estrangement.

​Call it fun practice! How to retain and instill joy, despite and because of it all? And that in public, on the streets, libraries, in the subway etc.

​We do play with, not despite or against what we find. The ‘yes and..’ always in mind, we fail forward as clowns would - if we were. And we all are, right?

​If you're boldly humble, terminally playful and sort of obnoxiously relational - with an off switch -, be our guest on one of our improv HR castings.

​So, we're gonna put you through a job interview the way they should look: fun, moving, an opportunity to grow for all involved, looking beneath our images rather than managing them. In fact, we're gonna make it all up together, the improv way.
