​Guidelines

​Participants are expected to submit a project before the Submission Deadline outlined in the agenda.

​It is allowed to either work on a brand new project or add features to an existing project, in which case, only the new features would be considered as part of the Hackathon submission.

​In order to use a previous project, a valid GitHub commit hash must be provided and approved before the start of the hackathon.

​Registration & Priority

​Participation is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity.
Priority will be given to participants who attended (registered in attendance form) our previous Move Academy sessions or development workshops in Wrocław or Warsaw.

​If you are registering as a team, please select the number of tickets equal to the amount of team members you have.

​Warsaw

​For the venue in Warsaw, we're doing it HackerHouse style 🔥

​Hackathon participants will be invited to a four bedroom Vila, where they can focus on their projects in a relaxing space 15km from the city center.

​Participants will have the option of sleeping in the Vila or will be housed nearby (depending on availability), allowing for easy and quick trips to the venue.

​Transportation to the venue will be provided or compensated, within reason and at the sole discretion of the organizer.

If registering for the Warsaw on-site venue please add your telegram for easy coordination.

​The Villa will be accessible only to Hackathon participants, no outside guests are allowed.

Hacker office DAWG (Dolnośląska Agencja Współpracy Gospodarczej), Januszowicka 5, 53-135 Wrocław, Wrocław.

The hacker space accommodates up to 20 participants and will be available 24/7 for the duration of the hackathon (depending on registration capacity).

​🏨 Accommodation:
For participants coming from outside Wrocław, we recommend staying at Ibis budget Wrocław Południe , located just 2 km from the venue.
Accommodation costs can be partially covered by the organizers — details will be shared with confirmed participants.
