The Institutional Intelligence Forum | Global South Edition

​As governments across the Global South accelerate investments in AI, DPI, and digital transformation, the focus is shifting from technology adoption to implementation. The next challenge is ensuring these investments strengthen public institutions, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable outcomes for citizens.

​The Institutional Intelligence Forum will convene government leaders, regional institutions, multilaterals, development partners, philanthropies, and implementation partners for a South-South dialogue on how countries can build sovereign institutional capability to responsibly deploy, govern, and scale AI for public service delivery. The Forum will facilitate the exchange of practical lessons, models, and implementation experiences across emerging economies, with a particular focus on opportunities for collaboration, knowledge transfer, financing, and future country partnerships.
