Fashioning accountability: legal and practical insights on sustainability and traceability

Join us for an exclusive panel discussion on sustainability in the fashion industry, where Raquel de Carvalho, founder of the knitwear brand of the same name, will share her experiences and challenges when it comes to supply chain traceability and transparency, alongside Imogen Lee-Savage of established UK fashion house, Margaret Howell

Fox Williams' legal experts will also provide practical insights on how to navigate these issues. Stephen Sidkin, partner and chair of the Fashion Law Group, will explore the topic from a contractual perspective, with a particular focus on digital product passports (DPPs). Legal director, Anisha Patel, will examine the role of corporate governance (and how to respond effectively when things go wrong).
