Inbox Zero by Lunch - build your own AI email assistant, no experience needed
Arrive with an overflowing inbox. Leave with a working AI assistant that tidies it for you, drafts replies in your voice, and runs on a schedule while you get on with your day.
This is a hands-on workshop for six people in a beautiful Victorian maisonette right on Portobello Road, Notting Hill. One big table, proper coffee, three focused hours. No coding, no jargon. If you can write an email, you can build this.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
By 1pm, your assistant will:
• Tidy your inbox automatically: meeting RSVPs, reply-all noise, all reversible, nothing permanently deleted
• Draft replies to emails that need them, in your voice, straight into your real Drafts folder. It never sends. You review and hit send, from your laptop or your phone.
• Learn your writing style by reading your own sent mail. The moment it describes your voice back to you is worth the ticket on its own.
• Keep a knowledge base you own: your standard answers, your tone, your key contacts. You can read and edit everything it knows.
• Run itself: a morning briefing, an hourly inbox pass during the workday, and a weekly pass where it learns from what you actually sent.

WHO IT'S FOR

WHAT TO BRING
• A laptop with the Claude desktop app and a paid Claude plan (Pro is enough, and you'll use it for far more than email)
• Google Chrome with the Claude in Chrome extension (free, takes two minutes, full instructions sent when you book)
• Your email logged in via the browser (Outlook or Gmail both work)
One honest note: if your employer restricts AI tools accessing work email, check first or bring a personal inbox to build with. Come at 9:00 and I'll help you get set up.
THE SPACE
This isn't a WeWork. It's my home: a first-floor room with three-metre ceilings and big windows looking straight down Portobello Road. Velvet sofas, books, good coffee always on. Six seats only, so everyone gets real help.
