​-Small business owners in the South Sound often face recurring hurdles like covering payroll during cash flow dips, replacing key staff on short notice, or pivoting when customer demand shifts suddenly. These pressures can leave entrepreneurs stuck in “survival mode” without a clear plan. The need is for straightforward, real-world tools that help them quickly steady their operations, test low-risk solutions, and turn successful responses into repeatable systems that build long-term resilience.

​-Participants will walk away with a simple 1-page Resilience Plan that addresses their most urgent challenge—whether that’s bridging a short-term payroll gap, preparing for sudden staff turnover, or responding to changes in customer demand. They will also practice designing one 30-day experiment and learn how to capture it in a repeatable process, giving them a concrete next step and a framework they can apply again when the next disruption hits.
