BTS: Build your own automated AI-assisted coaching session review process
BTS biz talks are for one member to share a very real, biz-building hot take with the community, to share the stories and details behind people’s different biz-building practices, and to inspire other coaches and spark new ideas/discussion!
Our objective is that community members get a sense of how other Coaches are running their business and that Coaches get a chance to own their POV in service of the community 🙌

I finished my coaching certification last year and found all the coaching supervision and feedback I received so helpful— and I really missed that feedback once it was over! I wanted a way to objectively evaluate my coaching sessions individually and over time, so I can spot patterns and adjust accordingly.
But, I didn't want Claude to give me random coaching advice from random sources on the internet, so I had Claude build me a rubric based on all of my CTI coursework and the official ICF Core Competencies. Now, I've set up a system where, at the end of every day, Claude automatically reviews each of my coaching sessions according to my custom rubric and gives me bite-sized feedback across several dimensions. Claude also sends me monthly and quarterly trend reports showing how coaching over time across clients, individually with each client, and where my strengths and areas of opportunity are. These reports simply show up in my email.
I'll walk you through my process for creating your own custom coaching rubric using Claude + Granola (with actual prompts!), and how I get automated reviews of all my coaching sessions on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
