Building a fintech company adds regulatory uncertainty and unpredictable partnership cycles on top of the usual startup grind — yet founders are still expected to project confidence for investors, trust for customers, and credibility for regulators.
This session, facilitated by Ms Shan Luo of SHAN DAO, explores that paradox: how sustained pressure affects judgement and leadership, when the company starts to become the founder's identity, and practical tools to recognise pressure early and lead more sustainably.
