​Hiring great talent increasingly means hiring non-local talent, but most companies are still figuring out what that actually means for employee experience, culture, and People Ops.

​This is a small, roundtable for Heads of HR/People Ops and Talent to have an honest, off-the-record conversation about what’s working, what’s broken, and what no one really talks about when it comes to non-local hiring.

​We’ll cover topics like:

• ​How relocation and immigration impact the employee experience (for better or worse)

• ​Where People Ops teams feel the most friction once the offer is signed

• ​How companies preserve culture when hires aren’t local (or don’t start local)

​The format is intentionally intimate: 15 people max, one table, no panels, no pitches. Just candid conversation over small bites and wine with peers facing the same challenges.
