​Based on the candid insights from our recent report, What I Wish My Lecturers Knew, this webinar will provide decision-makers with a strategic roadmap for translating student lived realities into measurable, impactful policy and practice.

​The panel brings together distinct viewpoints to ensure a comprehensive, actionable discussion:

• ​Dr Tracey Rehling (Associate Professor, Occupational Therapy, Coventry University) will share the institutional perspective on embedding cultural competence, overcoming resistance, and the metrics used to track staff accountability for equitable outcomes within a department.

• ​Student Panellists (Former Mentors) will provide a powerful case study for early intervention. They include a student who participated in the report, a medical student and a student who nearly withdrew from university due to these pressures. They will offer vital insight into which interventions they have found directly impact their attainment, retention and resilience.
