but there’s a whole other side of AI where you can actually get your hands on the model itself.

​these are open-weight models.
you can download them, run them on your own machine, experiment with them, and build things on top of them.

​at hacktoberfest karachi, we’re going to do exactly that.

​no booooring lectures, maybe some slides (very few)
just build it, break it, figure it out

​we’ll get an open-weight model running, play around with it, and see what we can make it do.

​bring the annoying task you do every week.
bring the weird idea you’ve been thinking about.
bring the thing you keep saying, “surely AI could do this.”

​then build an agent for it.

​you could be a founder, operator, marketer, designer, product person, analyst, or just someone who gets unreasonably excited about building cool shit.

​you don’t need to code or understand depth of AI.

​just bring your laptop and something you want to try.
