Woven using traditional stake-and-strand techniques, you’ll build it just like a full-sized piece: starting with a handwoven base, staking up the sides, shaping the walls, and finishing with a neat border and small woven handle. Only a few inches across, it’s perfect for holding rings, small keepsakes, dried herbs, or little treasures gathered on a walk.

​This project is simple, satisfying, and a lovely way to slow down and practice the fundamentals of willow basketry on a smaller scale.
