This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Malaika Commons, including but not limited to:

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.

Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of:

We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances.

 If you cannot use all components of a service or attend all sessions of an event, no partial refund will be provided.

We do not issue credits toward future events or services

 in lieu of refunds, unless explicitly offered by Malaika Commons at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Tickets, memberships, and registrations are non-transferable

 unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Malaika Commons. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your ticket or membership to another person.

All donations, patron support, and charitable contributions are final and non-refundable.

 Donations are made voluntarily and are not contingent on any specific outcome or benefit. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you have no expectation of receiving goods or services in return, except as explicitly stated at the time of donation.

By making a payment to Malaika Commons, you agree that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after making a payment does not entitle you to a refund.

 If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company:

In rare and extraordinary circumstances, Malaika Commons may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider exceptions to this policy. To request consideration:
