You already use AI. Maybe you have built a GPT, automated a task, or run a few good prompts. This session is the next step: a hands-on working session for leaders who want to build agents that actually do the work.
We go beyond single prompts into multi-step agents. Chaining tools together, handing an agent a goal and letting it run, and putting real, repeatable workflows on autopilot. Bring a real task from your week, and leave with it running.
This is a working session, not a lecture.
You will leave with three things:
A multi-step agent you built live on one of your own tasks
A repeatable workflow you can use the following Monday
A clear way to spot what else in your work is worth automating

Bring one or two real work situations where you would like AI support.
Best if you have attended an intro session or already use AI regularly. Setup instructions will be sent about a week before.
