This is not a fitness class, and it is not a motivational seminar. It is a community built around endurance, discipline, and consistent, long-term athletic performance.
Each month, we explore practical ideas around training, diet, fueling, recovery, and long-term health. Members connect with others who care about building real physical capacity and staying strong over the long term.
Endurance Edge combines conversation, community leadership, and structured accountability. Members are encouraged to form activity clusters around cycling, running, rowing, hiking, and other endurance pursuits.
