A 2-hour transformative workshop
Communications consultant and coach Anne Mühlethaler invites you to explore the art of communicating your true value to the world using storytelling as your most effective tool. Anne’s mission is to empower you to tell a better story: whether that means reclaiming or reframing your narrative.
Drawing from coaching tools, contemplative practices, and strategic storytelling, this workshop invites you to discover the authentic stories that illuminate your core values and create genuine connections.
Whether you're struggling to articulate what makes you unique, seeking deeper professional connections, or simply tired of surface-level networking, this practice offers both inner clarity and outer expression. It's profound yet practical — and no one can tell your story better than you can. Because after all, it's your values that guide who you are.
Who is this for?
The Story of You methodology and workshop will appeal to those who are uncomfortable talking or writing about themselves. Anne’s objective is to help you become fluent in talking about who you are and what you do, so you can share better stories, connect and reach your own goals.
Our workshop flow (120 minutes):
10 minutes: Welcome and settling in
15 minutes: Introduction to storytelling as connection
20 minutes: Values exploration from multiple angles
20 minutes: Guided reflection and journaling to surface peak experiences
30 minutes: Small group work - practicing authentic sharing
15 minutes: Integration and framework for ongoing application
10 minutes: Closing circle and next steps

This isn't a place for elevator pitch training, however useful that may be. This workshop is designed to help you connect personal and professional stories to your core values, surfacing the meaning these stories hold, and we'll finally explore how these can become a powerful tool for connection with the people you see to move.
As Anne learned during my years at Christian Louboutin, stories are the binding agent for human connection. When we make room to share authentic stories in a safe container, magic ensues. This workshop creates that container, helping you move from protection mode to connection mode.
About your guide:
Former SVP of Global Communications at Christian Louboutin, mindfulness teacher, certified coach and Le Trente founder Anne V. Mühlethaler spent years brilliantly telling other people's stories while struggling to share her own.
This methodology emerged from her journey of discovering that storytelling isn't about self-promotion, it's about connection. Having guided executives, entrepreneurs and creatives through finding their authentic voice, and crafting communication that resonates, she brings both strategic expertise and personal transformation to this intimate workshop experience.
She leans on her skills as a PR and communications strategist and expertise in crafting strong narratives, public speaking, and mindful communication to help you weave together a compelling story and connect with the people you care about.
