The Young Designers' Panel
Spotlighting young desi talent has always been our mission, and this event is the next step in that direction. We're hosting a brand-new discussion format in Bengaluru, and you're invited to witness it for the very first time!
We're flipping the script on traditional panel discussion formats. Instead of established designers taking the stage, this time it belongs to early-career designers. And who knows, you might even get a chance to be in the spotlight yourself!
Moderated by a senior design voice, we're getting into what the early years of design really look like: the wins, the failures, the pivots, and the stuff about design school and the industry that no one really says out loud.
Hosted at a secret garage location (revealed only to those with confirmed seats), this is an intimate gathering with very limited spots.
Event Fee
Students and YDI Members: INR 899/-

Who's on the panel?
Anubhav Tyagi | An industrial designer with a penchant for materials and the business of design.
Kedar Benjamin | An independent designer building a niche at the intersection of footwear and computational design.
Suhani Chheda | A textile design graduate, working with a venture builder to create circular textile waste systems.
Suramya Pathak | An art director at a leading ad agency, with an educational and work footprint across 3 continents.
Panelist 5 and 6: You?
Yes, really. A couple of chairs on the panel are rotating. At some point during the event, we'll invite audience members up to the stage to share their own perspective. So come ready, you might just end up on the panel yourself!
Who's moderating?
Sameer Gaikwad | A founder utilising his cross-disciplinary experience across automotive, industrial and brand design to help early-stage ventures build solutions from scratch.
How to RSVP:
Fill out the registration link on this page. The first 30 people will receive an invite along with a payment link. You'll have 6 hours to complete payment and confirm your spot. If you don't, your pass moves to the next person on the waitlist, so don't sit on it!
Allergy Note: The venue has 5 resident cats who may or may not attend the panel themselves. If you're allergic, please plan accordingly!
No parking space available outside the venue. If you're planning to drive, make sure to come early and find parking close to the venue. A green line and a yellow line metro station is within walking distance of the venue.
