SwissLedger Plan ₿ Edition

​SwissLedger – Plan ₿ Edition is an event dedicated to the institutional blockchain promoted by the City of Lugano and to the applications already running on it. Talks and panel discussions look at how a publicly-promoted permissioned network, governed as a consortium of public, academic and private institutions and anchored to Bitcoin and Ethereum, is being used beyond the pilot stage.

​Two thematic sessions cover industry and finance: digital product passport, renewable energy, real estate, sport, and the certification of public administration documents, then open finance standards, municipal payment tokens, stablecoins and trade finance. The event shows how a shared ledger can be a real public infrastructure rather than just an experiment. The afternoon closes with a networking apéro.
