Sniffles, coughs and colds, oh my: immune support in cold season
Hosted by Wolilo — a community of curious people.
Join us for a timely lecture on how to support your immune system this cold season — from practical at-home care to integrative medicine approaches that may help prevent illness in the first place.
As the days get shorter and the air cooler, sniffles, coughs, and colds become all too familiar. While most cases are mild, questions remain: how do we know when to be concerned, what prevention strategies actually work, and how can we best care for ourselves and our loved ones?
