Five Points Of Friction
Have you ever known exactly what was slowing a deal down, but struggled with how to get past it?
In this working-style session we'll explore five real problems that are slowing AgeTech in Ontario. Expect lively interaction, creativity, and dynamic solution building. The five discussion groups will ideate solutions and share back, with outputs forming a sharable artifact, like we did with the buyer's journey map earlier this year.
The five points of friction we'll be working on:
Pilot Purgatory - the pilot that never converts, and what a vendor can lock in before day one
The Price Is Wrong - or why SaaS pricing breaks against LTC, retirement home, and home care budgets
The Integration Tax - the nurse call, EHR, and data questions that surface late and quietly kill deals
The Runway Mismatch - 18 months of runway against a 12 to 24 month sales cycle
Proof Without a Partner - what evidence moves a buyer before you have a reference, including the dignity and quality-of-life outcomes that rarely get the weight they deserve
When you register, let us know which of the five is closest to what you're dealing with right now, and we'll use that to shape the groups.
We need perspectives from everyone in the community, so please join us and help make this a richly informed experience. Your voice matters!
