첫 Bloom Mixer는 지난주 금요일 저녁 한 타임만 열어, 시간상 참여하지 못하신 분들이 많았을 것 같습니다. 그래서 이번에는 금요일부터 일요일까지, 더 다양한 시간대로 선택의 폭을 넓혀보았습니다.
가능한 시간대만 골라 신청하셔도 되고, 복수 선택도 가능합니다. 다만 티켓은 한 자리당 1장씩만 구매해 주세요. 함께 오고 싶으신 분이 계시다면, 매칭을 위해 각자 신청을 부탁드립니다.
Bloom Mixer는 Bloom 커뮤니티 안에서 더 깊은 대화를 나누고 싶은 분들을 위한 별도의 큐레이션 소모임입니다. 신청비 2만 원이 있지만, 그만큼 진지하게 참여하고 싶은 분들만 모으는 장치라고 생각해 주세요.
직접 만들고 있는 사이드 프로젝트, 업무에서 쌓은 AI 활용 노하우, 다른 분들에게 피드백을 받고 싶은 고민까지, 배경과 직무와 상관없이 모두 환영합니다. 조금 길어지더라도 정성껏 써주신 신청서를 바탕으로 가장 잘 맞을 분들끼리 매칭해 드립니다.
이 자리는 억지로 발표를 하거나 영업·명함 교환을 하는 자리가 아닙니다. 편하게 서로의 생각과 고민을 나누며 좋은 인연을 만들어 가셨으면 합니다. 여섯이라는 숫자는 누가 리드하지 않아도 모두가 수평적으로, 자유롭게 이야기 나누기 좋은 크기라고 믿습니다.

같은 테이블에 앉을 다섯 분 · 회사나 직함이 아니라, 요즘 어떤 이야기를 나누고 싶으신지를 보고 매칭해 드립니다.
대화가 되는 조용한 자리 · 테이블 분위기와 주제에 가장 어울리는 공간을 미리 예약해 둡니다.
조원 한 줄 소개 · 누가 오시는지 궁금하시죠? 이름과 회사는 빼고, 각자 어떤 이유와 기대를 갖고 오시는지 한 줄로 정리해 미리 보내드립니다.
처음 꺼내기 좋은 대화 주제 · 처음 만나도 어색하지 않도록, 가볍게 아이스브레이킹하며 시작할 수 있는 대화 주제를 함께 안내해 드립니다.
📊 첫 Mixer 설문조사 후기
8월 14일, 광복절 연휴와 단 이틀의 홍보 기간에도 32분이 신청해 주셨고, 여섯 개 소모임을 서로 다른 자리에 구성해 드렸습니다. 다음 날 참석해 주신 분들께 설문을 보내 16분이 답해 주셨습니다. 개인적이고 자세한 내용은 약속대로 비공개로 두고, 숫자로 드러난 몇 가지만 공유드립니다.
만족도 조사 (5점 만점) · 대화 4.19점, 조 구성 4.12점, 추천 의향 4.12점
다시 만나고 싶은 분 · 16명 모두 최소 1명 이상을 꼽았고, 이 중 9분은 3명 이상을 꼽아주셨습니다.
다음에도 또 오실지 · 10분이 "또 오고 싶다", 6분이 "아마도"라고 답해 주셨고, "이번으로 충분하다"를 고르신 분은 없었습니다.
모임 길이 · 두 시간에 대해, 모든 분이 "적당했다"고 답해 주셨습니다.
🔧 아쉬웠던 것과 바꾼 것
매칭에 대한 만족도는 4점 이상인데, 가장 점수가 낮았던 지표는 식당 적합도(3.19)였습니다. 특히 소음 때문에 대화가 잘 들리지 않았다는 이야기가 여러 건 있었고, 반대로 룸이나 통대여로 잡아드린 조는 4점대였습니다.
피드백을 반영해 이번 회차는 이렇게 진행합니다.
예약 기준을 소리 환경에 둡니다 · 맛집도 중요하지만, 대화가 잘 되는 조용한 자리를 우선순위에 둡니다. 룸이나 통대여가 가능한 곳을 먼저 봅니다.
시간대를 넓힙니다 · 저녁 한 자리뿐이었던 지난 회차와 달리, 조식과 브런치와 저녁 중에 고르실 수 있습니다.
마감이 이른 식당을 피합니다 · 영업 종료로 대화를 더 이어가지 못한 조가 있었습니다.
조원 한 줄 소개와 대화 주제는 좋았다고 하셔서 그대로 유지합니다.
🤔 고민했지만 그대로 두는 것
인원은 여섯 명입니다 · 설문에서 "네다섯 명이 낫다"가 아홉 분, "지금이 적당하다"가 일곱 분이었습니다. 일곱 명 이상을 고르신 분은 없었습니다. 줄이는 쪽으로 기울었지만, 다섯이면 마주 앉을 짝이 맞지 않아 한 사람이 겉돈다는 지적도 함께 있었습니다. 이번에는 여섯을 유지하고 다음 설문을 한 번 더 보겠습니다.
진행자는 두지 않습니다 · 리드해주는 사람이 있었으면 편했겠다는 의견과, 전문가 한 분이 대화를 끌고 가서 오히려 여러 이야기가 나오기 어려웠다는 의견이 함께 있었습니다. 앞에 세우는 사람이 생기면 대화는 그분을 중심으로 모입니다. 초반이 조금 어색하더라도 모두가 같은 몫의 발언 기회를 갖는 쪽을 택했습니다. 다만 매번 시작이 무겁다면, 조장을 무작위로 정해 문을 여는 역할만 맡기는 방식도 검토하고 있습니다.

참가비는 자리당 20,000원입니다. 식사와 음료는 당일 각자 결제하시면 됩니다.
신청 마감은 아래와 같습니다. 마감과 동시에 식당을 잡고 조를 짜기 시작하기 때문입니다. 확정 안내는 마감 당일 저녁에 메일로 보내드립니다.

신청서를 하나씩 읽고 조를 짜기 때문에, 신청이 자리보다 많으면 다음 자리로 안내드릴 수 있습니다. 지역과 취향은 최대한 맞춰 드립니다.
참석자 명단은 공개하지 않습니다.
마감 이후에는 확정 안내를 받으시기 전이라도 환불이 어렵습니다.

A six-person table for people who want to talk about AI properly
The first Bloom Mixer ran as a single Friday dinner last week, so plenty of people could not make that one slot. This weekend the same table runs from Friday through Sunday, across a wider set of times.
Pick whichever times work for you, and you are welcome to pick more than one. Please keep it to one ticket per sitting. If someone wants to come with you, ask them to book separately so we can match you both properly.
Bloom Mixer is a separate, curated table inside the Bloom community for people who want a longer conversation than a meetup allows. There is a KRW 20,000 fee, and it exists mostly to gather people who are serious about showing up.
A side project you are building, something you have worked out using AI at work, a problem you would like other people's eyes on. Background and job title do not matter. We read every application, however long, and match you with the people you will get the most from.
Nobody has to present, and nobody is here to sell or swap business cards. Come and talk through what you are thinking about. Six is the number where everyone stays on level ground and everyone gets to speak, without anyone having to lead.
🍽 What we take care of
The five people at your table · matched on what you want to talk about, not on your company or title.
A quiet table · booked in advance, chosen to suit the group and the topics.
A one-line introduction to each tablemate · sent the night before. No names, no companies, only why each person is coming.
A few conversation starters · so the first ten minutes are easy.
📊 What the first Mixer told us
On 14 August, over a public holiday weekend and with only two days of promotion, thirty-two people applied and we built six tables, each at its own venue. We sent a survey the next day and sixteen people replied. The detailed and personal answers stay private, as promised. Here are the numbers.
Ratings out of 5 · conversation 4.19, group mix 4.12, likelihood to recommend 4.12.
Someone worth meeting again · all sixteen named at least one person, and nine named three or more.
Would you come back · ten said yes outright and six said probably. Nobody chose "once was enough."
Length · all sixteen said two hours was right.
🔧 What we are fixing
Everything about the matching scored above 4. The lowest number was the venue, at 3.19. Several people wrote that noise made the conversation hard to follow, while the tables booked in a private room scored in the fours.
Here is what changes this round.
We book for sound · good food matters, but a room where conversation works matters more. Private rooms and full buyouts come first.
We widen the times · last round was a single dinner. Now you can choose breakfast, brunch or dinner.
We avoid early closing times · one table had to stop when the restaurant closed.
The one-line introductions and the conversation starters were singled out as good, so they stay.
🤔 What we considered changing, and kept
Tables stay at six · nine people said four or five would be better and seven said six is right. Nobody wanted seven or more. We leaned toward shrinking, until someone pointed out that five leaves one person with nobody across the table. Six stays this round and we will read the next survey before deciding.
Still no host · some wrote that a facilitator would have helped. Others wrote the opposite, that one expert carrying the conversation left less room for everyone else. Put someone at the front and the table orients around them. We would rather have a slightly awkward first ten minutes and an equal share of the floor. If openings keep feeling heavy, we may assign a table lead at random, purely to get things started.
📅 Booking
KRW 20,000 per sitting. Food and drinks are paid individually on the day.
Applications close as follows. That is when we book the restaurants and build the tables. Confirmations go out by email that evening.

Good to know
Seoul. We send your table's venue the night before.
We read each application and build the tables by hand, so if applications outnumber seats we may move yours to a later sitting. We match area and preferences as closely as we can.
The guest list stays private.
Once a sitting closes, refunds are not possible even before you hear back.
