Lightning Talks: Real-World AI Workflows for Product Teams
AI is changing the product craft at a rapid pace—but most of the real breakthroughs are happening behind closed doors. This evening is about changing that.
Join us at Productboard for an evening of lightning talks from PMs who are using AI in practical ways. We aren’t talking about high-level "vision" decks; we’re talking about the gritty, creative, and sometimes chaotic ways AI is changing how we ship.
The Vibe: No long-winded panels. No corporate fluff. Just 15-minute talks, cold drinks, and a room full of PMs who are figuring out the future of the craft in real-time.
Lightning Talks:
Anthony Amenta, Principal Product Operations Manager, Productboard
Learn how PMs at Productboard think about product value and how to measure and evaluate impact to customers — including a live demo showcasing how we are approaching tracking value in the age of AI.
Aoife Mornard, Product Manager, Gorgias
Learn how PMs at Gorgias use Claude Code to ship customer-facing analytics features 3x faster, by turning a backend-heavy audit workflow into a streamlined AI-assisted one. Aoife will share practical learnings on breaking complex product and engineering workflows into small AI skills, deciding when to augment vs. automate, and designing an effective human-in-the-loop.
🎉 Don’t miss your chance to win — we’re raffling off a prize at the meetup! Stop by the Spark demo booth to enter your name in the raffle!
