About Event

With the rapid rise of Artificial Intelligence and the speed of its development, it can be challenging for organisations to keep pace.

In this module, ProMo Cymru will explore the challenges and opportunities of embedding Artificial Intelligence across your organisation.

We’ll consider strategies for supporting your staff, navigating ethical considerations with confidence, writing appropriate usage policies, and communicating your vision for responsible AI adoption 

Whether you’re in the early stages of AI exploration or developing a strategy, this session will equip you with practical insights to lead your organisation into the future with Artificial Intelligence. 

Through this module, we’ll cover

  • How to write clear and practical AI usage policies 

  • Ways to support your staff and build internal confidence with AI 

  • Approaches to managing ethical considerations and risks 

  • How to communicate your organisation’s vision for responsible AI 
    strategies to ensure AI adoption strengthen your mission and values 

This session is designed for:

  • Senior Leaders, Trustees and Board members who want to better understand the opportunities AI presents.

  • Digital leads, comms leads, service managers or other Third Sector staff who, whether formally or informally, play a part in shaping digital direction

Important information 

  • Eligibility: You must be part of a Third Sector Organisation based in or delivering a service in Wales. 

  • One place per organisation: As spaces are limited, we’ll be offering one place per organisation. 

  • Selection process: We are looking to work with a diverse range of Third Sector organisations across Wales so there will be a selection process.

  • Language: Delivered through the medium of English. 

  • Closing dates

    • Module 1: 20th October 2025 

    • Module 2: 17th November 2025 

    • (We may close registration earlier if we reach capacity.) 

What is Newid?

​Newid promotes good digital practice across the third sector in Wales. We do this by providing training, support and information. It is a partnership between ProMo Cymru, Cwmpas and WCVA and supported by The Centre for Digital Public Services.
