Parag has more than 25 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations for global SaaS platforms. He currently heads enterprise engineering at ServiceTitan and previously built an AI‑powered employee experience platform at Simpplr that earned recognition from Gartner and Forrester. Earlier, he scaled engineering from a startup to a 250‑person global team at Nutanix and is known for applying AI/ML innovation to drive efficiency and customer impact in enterprise SaaS.
