If you’re a JC, polytechnic, or university student, chances are you’ve scrolled LinkedIn and rolled your eyes at the humblebrags, overly polished posts, or endless “excited to announce” updates.

Here’s the thing: LinkedIn isn’t just about job hunting or bragging.

When used with authenticity and intention, it can open doors you never knew existed—internships, mentorship, regional opportunities, and real connections beyond Singapore.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

About the Facilitator

Tan Zhan Tiam is the founder of SEAmplified, a youth community platform that empowers young adults to explore opportunities across Southeast Asia.

Once a self-proclaimed “LinkedIn lurker,” he eventually discovered how the platform could be used authentically to build meaningful connections. Now a LinkedIn enthusiast, he has connected with peers and professionals across the region — and is excited to share practical tips with fellow students and young professionals.
