What came out of that room is the Makers Manifesto: a short preamble, four values, and sixteen principles, built in the spirit of the Agile Manifesto.

​Anthony Marter joins us to tell the story of how the manifesto emerged from the chaos of highly opinionated leaders like Martin Eriksson, Rich Mironov, Radhika Dutt and Adrienne Tan. He'll explain what actually sits behind each principle.
